These modular concepts in the specific areas of Food and Beverages is designed to incorporate current industry practices in fundamental operation aspects, supervisory skill or middle management duties and tasks that are an everyday concern to industry personnel.
During the tenure of each module, candidate will be subjected to incentive hands on training within the restaurant and bar sections concerned to provide comprehensive approach to service techniques. This methodology will better equip them with real world industry standards and the maturity to provide effective work performance.
12 Months
The assessment of each unit of competency will take place during the course. Assessments will take form of a theory assessment, activities/quiz, assignment and/or practical activities in a holistic environment.
Domestic Student: Successful completion of SPM
International Student: Successful completion of Year 10 or equivalent and minimum English Placement IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
