Flight Services programme provides student the training and experience they need to provide top quality service while working as part on flight cabin crew. BMA’s Professional Certificate in Flight Services is the ONLY TRAINING IN MALAYSIA WITH LIVE TRAINING IN AN OPERATING AIRCRAFT.

2 Weeks

Students will be assessed by their assignment, projects, case studies, observation, exams, presentations and role-plays that will be held in the mock aircraft or at the airline training centre.

Domestic Student:  Successful completion of SPM

International Student:  Successful completion of Year 10 or equivalent and minimum English Placement IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

BMA’s Advanced Short Professional Courses are specifically designed to give students the training and experience required to provide top quality service while working as part of a crew member. Our program provides the proper mix of theory, skills development and practical experience to ensure graduates are ready to serve efficiently and confidently.

Cruise Services programme provides student the training and experience they need to provide top quality service while working as part on cruise crew. Some of the training includes history of the cruise industry. Understanding of cruise crew responsibilities, duties and emergency / safety procedures will also be a neccesity.

2 Weeks

Students will be assessed by their assignment, projects, case studies, observation, exams, presentations and role-plays that will be held in the mock aircraft or at the cruise training centre.
